What can I expect?Starting counselling can feel daunting, which is why I believe in letting you set the pace. You’re always in control—choosing what to share and how much to explore. Counselling isn’t just about overcoming negativity or removing roadblocks; it’s also a space for growth. By reframing perspectives and uncovering new possibilities, it can help you move toward your goals and reach your full potential.

How much do you charge?Outdoor and online sessions are £50. Outdoor sessions run a little longer at around 60 minutes, give or take. This is due to the nature of being outdoors and is to account for walking speeds, weather etc. Online sessions are 50 minutes. I have a number of sessions that can be discounted if finances are a barrier for you. Please contact me to chat further if this would be of use.
